After a suspensful wait, we have finally found out who will be playing Alec! It was released a few days ago that Kevin Zegers is set to play Alec Lightwood, who is the gay brother of
Isabelle (Jemima West). Alec is in love with Jace (Jamie Campbell-Bower) as is Clary (Lily
Collins).
So what does everybody think? I love him, i think he is perfect! I am so excited, its ridiculous!!

Lena Headey and Jared Harris have also joined the cast!
Headey is set to play Clary's (Lily Collins) mother Jocelyn Fray, while Harris will place Hodge Starkweather, the tutor to Jace (Jamie Campbell Bower).
Love them, they are both great!
